under know your building etc, that same day i was in the recently opened 86 million buck new new museum settling in for a rewarding afternoon of art when suddenly, soddenly, the guards started hustling our asses out of there with news that the museum was closed because of floods. your stellar resourceful staff could pick up extra work there. got the same safety alert to boot as we were cast into death defying conditions and i biked home to tend to my miraculously not leaking 1860's building. new york never flails to astonish.
